Many of Florida's wild animals have learned to adapt and even thrive in our homes. For example some wildlife have found that attics make great places to live. Other animals find refuge under homes or porches. Invariably, these animals cause damage. Rodents, like squirrels and rats, love to chew on electrical wires once in an attic, and this causes a serious fire hazard. Raccoons can cause serious contamination in an attic with their droppings and parasites. Same goes for bat or bird colonies. We specialize in solving Florida's wildlife problems, from snake removal to large jobs like commercial bat control, we do it all.

We handle every aspect of wildlife control. We are fully equipped to work on any project, large or small. Some of our services include:

  • Humane wildlife trapping and relocation services
  • Removal of raccoons or squirrels from the attic
  • Building repairs and prevention work to keep animals out
  • 100% permanent elimination of rats, mice, or even bats
  • Cleanup of animal waste and odor control services
  • Emergency animal issues, and dead animal removal

We do not handle dog or cat problems. If you need assistance with a domestic animal, such as a dog or a cat, you need to call your local Lake county animal services for assistance. They can help you out with issues such as stray dogs, stray cats, spay & neuter programs, vaccinations, licenses, pet adoption, bite reports, deceased pets, lost pets, local animal complaints and to report neglected or abused animals. There is no free Four Corners animal control for wildlife issues.

Four Corners Wildlife Removal Tip:

What Is an Armadillo's Mating Habits, When Do They Have Babies, How Do They Raise Their Young?

Mating Habit of Armadillo:

Armadillo reproduces its generation like groundhogs and other rodents. In general, the male and female armadillos come for mating in the mid or fall of summer. The female armadillo can delay pregnancy for next 3 to 4 months due to climate effects. It tries its best to give birth babies on the start of spring season. This is most comfortable and good season to reproduce armadillo babies.

Female Armadillo Habit:

Female armadillo may control and delay fertilization of eggs and postpone birth of the babies for next few months. The armadillo does this when the summer is bit longer and hotter. So, the climate of hot summer will not be good for babies. Armadillos like living in bit cold environment. That is why; female armadillo delays eggs fertilization procedure.

Reproducing Season:

Armadillo gives birth to babies in arrival of the spring. This is very effective and comfortable season for new babies that need some cold and pleasant atmosphere. The armadillos dig the ground deeper and wider to make specific burrows and dens for their babies. For this; they start digging burrows a couple of weeks before the birth of babies.

Special Burrows:

Female armadillos make special burrows and dens for new babies. They keep these dens wider up to 15 feet, while these burrows are also deeper and longer to accommodate all babies easily. Further, mother armadillo give milk to babies for three months. It brings the babies out of burrows after 3 months and lets them have grubs and worms to eat.

Raising New Babies:

Armadillo babies also like eating same food which their parents always love and eat. They start hunting when they are up to 4 months and they start eating grubs, terminates and worms. They start digging after an age of six to nine months.
